Several of the roses I received are flatten, what do I do?

Kindly note the foam flowers may deform a little bit during shipping. We suggest using a steamer to recover the flower’s shape as shown in this video: View Video
If you don’t have a steamer at hand, please try to recover their shape by softly kneading the petals and placing them in cool and dry places for 1~3 days. If it doesn’t work, we offer a pre-paid return label for the item. You may return the flowers to us for a refund or exchange for a new box.
